We have had the pleasure of Jasmine Cassells managing our two properties since we purchased them in October 2016. Jasmine has been invaluable to us, as we live in Sydney and have had to rely on her to help with all aspects of managing our  properties, from readying them for rental, including minor repairs, cleaning, advertising and showing the properties, to dealing with tenant issues with faulty major appliances to ordering additional rubbish bins.
